Second Weigh In!

Ok, let's just say this blogging thing is a bit for me to get the hang of.  After some encouraging words from Annie, I am going to stick with it though and try to use it more regularly until it's natural.  This weigh in was not what I expected it to be and felt somewhat discouraged by the not so great results on the scale.  I actually gained I think 1.5 pounds.  I know what I am suppose to be doing, but lack balance.  I tend to work to much, stay up to late and hit the ground running each morning without planning out my meals and eating times.  I often don't eat enough, then am famished and eat things I shouldn't.  I am a realtor, so my days are very unpredictable.  This past weekend I was out in the field from morning until evening and found that packing an ice chest in my car was key.  I made sure to have my lunch as well several "munchables" that I could eat between house showings.  This was very helpful.  If any of you have suggestions for easy things to pack, please give me your input.
Next week I am traveling so this will be a HUGE challenge.  I am going to Antigua for 10 days and while I am sooooooo excited to go, I am also sooooooooo afraid of the all inclusive food faire that will be there.

Congratulations to all of you ladies who lost!  And to those like myself, well, hang in there!  We can do this!

  1. yes you can! Happy to hear you are sticking in. I like the packing idea. Pamella posted a recipe of kale chips that she is loving. (I love them too). Meal planning is key, leaves the guess work out of chosing what to eat and what to prepare once you are hungry. We make much better choices that way. Good luck. You are a powerhouse!!
